Welcome to HaloClean LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our services. By accessing our website or scheduling any service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

HaloClean LLC provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including:

  • Roof Soft Washing

  • Siding & Exterior Soft Washing

  • Gutter Cleaning & Brightening

  • Deck Washing & Sealing

  • Driveway, Sidewalk, and Patio Cleaning

Services are provided throughout Carson City, Michigan and surrounding areas.

3. Scheduling & Service Agreements

  • All service dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days.

  • A service appointment is confirmed only after verbal, written, or electronic acceptance.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring accessible work areas and securing pets or personal items.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

  • Past-due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

  • Returned checks incur a $35 insufficient funds fee.

Commercial Clients: Payment terms (Net 15 or Net 30) may be extended based on written agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other operational issues.

6. Property Condition & Liability

  • HaloClean LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or property.

  • Clients must disclose any sensitive areas, aged materials, or previous damage prior to service.

  • While our methods are industry-standard and low-pressure, results may vary based on surface condition, age, or environmental exposure.

  • We are fully insured and take precautions to minimize risk during service.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Some services may include a limited satisfaction guarantee, which will be specified in writing.

  • Warranty-related concerns must be reported within 7 calendar days of service completion.

  • Natural reoccurrence of debris, mildew, or weather-related wear is not covered under warranty.

8. Website Use

  • Unauthorized use of this website, including attempts to copy content, breach security, or interfere with performance, is prohibited.

  • All images, logos, and content are the property of HaloClean LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HaloClean LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by weather or third-party circumstances

  • Property wear consistent with exterior cleaning services

Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Montcalm County, Michigan.

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and will include the updated effective date.
